Two addresses, both read by the people who built the thing. One for shops already using this, one for anybody thinking about it.
For shops already running a programme. We read this Monday to Friday and aim to reply within one working day. If something at your counter has stopped, say so in the subject line and we will look at it first.
For anybody thinking about this. Ask what it costs, how the 30 day pilot works, or to be shown it on a call. No sales process to sit through: you will get a straight answer the same day.
Usually answered the same working day. What you pick below decides which of us reads it first. Everything except the phone number is needed, so that we can reply and know who we are replying to.
Your details and message are sent to us so that we can reply, and kept no longer than we need to answer you. We do not add you to anything.
A reply is faster when the first email answers these, so we are not spending a day asking.
Please do not email us a password or a card number. We will never ask you for either, and there is nothing we can do with them that you cannot do yourself in your console.
Some questions belong to your shop rather than to us, and going to the right place saves a round trip.
Write to us. Setup, branding, your rules, adding a branch, connecting a till or a website, invoices, or anything that looks wrong in your console.
Ask the shop first. Your points, your rewards and your details belong to their programme, and their staff can see your balance and fix a missed scan on the spot. We hold the data for them, so we cannot change a shop's points without the shop.
The shop can erase you from their console, which removes your personal details and leaves their totals intact. If you cannot reach them, write to us and we will pass the request on and follow it up.
Two of these answer most questions faster than we can.
The user manual covers setting up a programme, printing your sign-up poster, changing your rules and reading your reports. The guides cover what the alternatives cost and how the choices differ. The release notes say what changed and when.
