What Airship does well

Airship is a genuinely bigger product than ours and manages an estate properly. They are also three to five times the price, and loyalty only appears from their middle tier.

Where we differ from Airship

• Airship's entry tier does not include loyalty at all. Every one of our bands does, including the free pilot.
• Airship is a marketing and booking platform with loyalty attached. If you want the marketing suite, they are the better buy. If you want a loyalty scheme, at five shops we are a fraction of the price.

And one thing that is true whoever you are comparing us with: your customers join by scanning a printed poster, with nothing to download. Most schemes in small shops fail for that reason alone.

When to choose them instead

A hospitality group that wants CRM, bookings and marketing with loyalty attached, and has somebody to run it. If that describes you, they are the better fit and we would rather tell you now than after a sales call.

What we charge

Per shop, per month, with every till in that shop included and nothing extra for the safe way of connecting them. We are not publishing a number yet, because we would rather agree it with the first shops using it than pick one and defend it. Ask, and you will get the figure and the reasoning behind it.
