What White Label Loyalty costs as you add shops
White Label Loyalty charges per monthly active user, and quotes it for one site. This is the same model at the sizes shops actually are.
| Shops | Cost a month |
|---|---|
| 1 shop | not published |
| 2 shops | not published |
| 5 shops | not published |
| 10 shops | not published |
Where this says not published, it means exactly that. White Label Loyalty does not publish a figure at that size and we are not going to invent one for them. Ask them, and ask what happens at renewal.
What they publish
Who it suits
An enterprise wanting a loyalty platform built to their own design.
Where it works against you
Everybody smaller, which they say themselves.
Our honest view
They publish a floor of about £1,000 a month and say plainly that smaller businesses are not a fit. We are white label at a fraction of that, which is the whole point of us.
Why a shop moves to us
A shop comes to us because a white label programme should not start at four figures a month. Ours is configured in a console rather than built to a specification, so there is no project to fund before anything runs.
And whatever you decide later: the members and their points belong to your programme rather than to your till. Change tills and they come with you, because nothing about them lives inside the till in the first place.
