What Perkstar does well

Perkstar publishes the lowest entry price in this market and their wallet card product is good. Read the tiers before comparing, though: a till or ecommerce integration, an API and webhooks are in their top tier only, so a shop that wants a connected programme is comparing that tier rather than the headline price.

Where we differ from Perkstar

• Perkstar caps self service at ten locations on every tier, and their till integration is in the top tier only. We handle an estate as one programme, with a rate per branch and one member balance across all of them, and connecting a till is not a paid upgrade.
• Each of your tills gets its own credential at no extra cost, so a problem at one till cannot reach the others.

And one thing that is true whoever you are comparing us with: your customers join by scanning a printed poster, with nothing to download. Most schemes in small shops fail for that reason alone.

When to choose them instead

A single shop that does not need its till connected, where the lowest monthly price is the whole question. If that describes you, they are the better fit and we would rather tell you now than after a sales call.

Per shop, per month, with every till in that shop included and nothing extra for the safe way of connecting them.
